I am new to Eclipse and TPTP. I've been examining many web pages and it
appears that with the Ganymede release of Eclipse AGR went from a
Technology Preview to an As-is component? Why did this happen? Why
didn't AGR get integrated into the TPTP platform?

The simple answer is a lack of resources in 4.5:
