XbaseScopeProvider.createTypeScope removed in Xtext 2.4 [message #956094] Wed, 24 October 2012 04:32 Go to next message

Hi,

what should I use instead of XbaseScopeProvider.createTypeScope in the newest Xtext 2.4?

I want to get a Scope containing all visible types of the context object.

Thanks

Why is that a difficult question?

Hey, Xtext guys, where are you?

Or am I asking too eearly? I mean if a method is removed there should be information somewhere why and what is used instead.

Thanks for the great project

At EclipseCon.

Just use #getScope(EObject, EReference) to obtain a type scope.

Please be aware of the fact that all the Xbase stuff is provisional and
subject to change. As soon as things are settled, changes will be
documented.

Oh yes, EclipseCon,
that answer would have been enough, enjoy it Smile

And many thanks for taking time to answer my question.
