Update site in flux [message #12270] |

Hi,
Buckminsters update site has a headless-site.xml file with <archive> entries for the headless
installations. These entries appoints plug-ins from other update sites at eclipse.org. Your site is
among them. This usually works very well since those update-sites are fairly stable. Your site is
moving quite often. I can certainly understand this (Buckminster is also in incubation and our site
is also moving forward) but I'd like to work something out so that I get some kind of notification
when this happens. Would that be possible?
Thanks,
Thomas Hallgren

Hi Thomas,
I think it will be good if we also place archive version of update site
together with the latest version. In that case you could refer your
headlessSite.xml to the archive version and the problem will disappear.
What do you think?

As long as the archived site is not zipped or something, that will do just fine. Just tell me what
links you will be using and I'll make the change.
Thanks,
