Don't use zip for VE, just use the update manager and the Callisto site.
That will make sure you have everything at the right level. What you
have is a mixture that isn't correct.

By the way don't install BOTH JEM and VE. VE already includes JEM.
Depending on the install order you can accidentally downlevel JEM.

First install just Eclipse 3.2.1 SDK using the zip file. Then using the
update manager go and select the Callisto site, select VE and hit the
add required pre-reqs button. This will make sure you get the pre-reqs.
This will download all of the latest released versions of the required code.

Then if you want the latest EMF M3 code, then add this update site:

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/emf/updates/site-interim.x ml

This site will have each new development build, including M3 for EMF
available to use the update manager to download. Callisto has the final
release builds.
