Wow, on a Tower (Messeturm) on Sep 11, in Europe's biggest Financial
Capital, what a date (well, I remember when Erich Gamma presented SWT in
2000 the NetObjectDays were also on Sep 11 ;-)

I am not sure, if I'd be able to attend, but one of my colleagues is
doing a very in depth evaluation of RAP, so maybe for the last afternoon
sessions I could find a chance to get there from Karlsruhe...?

Could you get me a guest pass or something as Eclipse Committer?
I certainly have a couple of very interesting things do discuss
regarding financial frameworks and Eclipse vs. JCP (or PLUS) on that...

Hi,

I am not sure, if you're able to answer that here long before ESE, but
I'll also try emailing Mr. Weigle himself about it.

Since schedule for the Seminar has now been posted mostly it seems
clear, your OFMP talk will be on Thursday, while I present Babel on
Wednesday.

I might attend the Keynote (by Symbian/Nokia, whom I worked for earlier)
but I could only spare all of Thursday if my automotive client would
e.g. accept the "Artus" talk as a form of job-related education for them
;-)

Which is not so likely, we work in different areas of their operations.

Are you there both days?

The "insurance" talk just after mine on Wednesday sounds quite
interesting too, btw. Not sure if you share this impression, but Models
for the Insurance Industry could be somewhere within your scope.

Last but not least, please tell us, Kaupthing bank is NOT bankrupt ?!;-)
I read some rumors regarding Island and your bank was explicitly
mentioned there, too... Sorry to mention it, but of course people
elsewhere, e.g. in the CloudFree project were already questioning your
dedication and pace, too. Should the financial crisis affect your
ability to push the project even further, then I would call their
concerns justified.

Regards,
Werner
