Hi Riena-community,

I know there are people out there watching us and checking out what we are doing. :-)

We need your help.

We have all these new concepts for which we have some sample codes, hundreds of unit tests and not too much
documentation in the Wiki. But its all open source so there are no hidden secrets :-)

We have created a wiki page http://wiki.eclipse.org/Riena_Snippets some weeks ago with samples on how to use
snippets and we are starting to fill them up (quit slowly). So this is you chance to contribute to Riena and
at the same time learn how to use Ridgets.

I promise you will love Ridgets or you get your money back :-)

So on this wiki you see our ideas on what kind of Ridgets we need some examples for. Either implement one of the
proposed Ridgets (its really only a few lines of code). You can start with any of the existing samples and modify them
so that they showcase something new.

You can also think of other aspects that you think are worthwhile showing.

Create a bugzilla entry and submit the patch with your code. We will look at it and commit it into CVS if it works and
does its thing.

And you need to create a bugzilla entry, we cant take code from the mailing list or from direct mails. You can submit
multiple patches in one bugzilla entry.

That would really help us a lot and help others to get a grip on Riena.

Thanks

christian campo
