Goto Line # in Editor [message #127134] Sat, 31 December 2005 21:20 Go to next message

Have I missed it, not read the help properly, or is there no easy keyboard
shortcut to go to a particular line in the Eclipse Editor? I've gotten
spoiled by the one in KDE's Kate. It makes it so much easier to fix
errors!

If there is a keyboard shortcut to go to a line number in the editor, what
is it?

Thanks!

Hal

Hal,

Ctrl-L prompts you to go to a line number.
Ctrl-Shift-L (in Eclipse 3.1) shows you a cheat sheet of keyboard shortcuts.

Ctrl+L

You can see the list of all keyboard shortcuts and customize them by
hitting Ctrl+Shift+L and/or Window > Preferences > General > Keys
