Is there a way to change the amount of scrolling caused by mouse wheel in
Eclipse? I mean, currently, a single point of wheel movement makes a jump
for half the size of scrollbar "button" which makes scrolling very
confusing.

It seems to be a general behavior of Gnome applications so I suppose it
should be changed somewhere in gtkrc.
