How to use pre and post build scripts/commands in Juno? [message #926580] Fri, 28 September 2012 15:47
Eclipse UserFriend
In previous versions of Eclipse, I used very frequently the pre and post build steps.
I use different build configurations to build for different platforms.
The post-build step used to call a shell script, using a few build variables.
This script was responsible for updating a few platform files depending on the build variables passed as parameter.

I notice there is no pre and post build steps anymore.

I tried to create a new builder (PostBuild, for instance), however I can't use build variables in the builder configuration.

Is is possible to do that in Juno?

Thanks very much.
