I don't know if this is the right newsgroup to ask this...but here's my

I've installed the second release of eclipse, and tried to install the c#
plug-in by using the update manager. This didn't work. I think there
should be a install-button, but there isn't. What is wrong here?

A new requirement of all features in the Update Manager is to have a
click-through license. That could be your problem.
