Hi folks,

Our codebase is quite vast and is made up by between 20 and 30
projects.
I was wondering if there was a project grouping plugin available for
eclipse so that I could group a number of projects together?

Thanks,
Mark.

Look for the ProjectSet plugin on eclipse-plugins.info .

With Eclipse (the SDK alone) you can do Export -> Team Project Set , which
creates a .psf file containing the sharing information for the projects
you selected. If you import this file into another workspace (e.g. on
another computer), you can check out exactly those projects.

The Project Set plugin adds a GUI for interacting with .psf files.

You might want to explore "Working Sets" in Eclipse - they give you the
ability to define a set of files/directories that are grouped together
(possibly across multiple projects) and then apply that Working Set to
various views and features in Eclipse.
