Git [message #920179] Sat, 22 September 2012 16:39 Go to next message

I'm trying to import from Git.

I see several examples and looking at a video that it's File->Import->Git->Projects from Git.

I don't have that option. Git is not there.

Any ideas?

Juno on Windows 7 64bit

There are two options.

a) I use Git outside of Eclipse, via the command line--has nothing to do
with Eclipse. Works fine, not as convenient perhaps.

b) Install eGit (http://www.eclipse.org/egit/) and consume Git from
inside Eclipse (what you're trying to do, I think).

There is a separate forum for eGit questions, nntp is eclipse.egit.
You'll git lots more and better help there.

;-)

Thanks, EGit did the trick.
