Hello,

Is there a way in RAP to show some kind of "Please wait..." dialog when
the application loads something?
I'm aware of "progress bar" widget existence but it's not really what I
need because I want this waiting dialog to show up every time on server
delay and not only on specific actions (like expanding a tree node).

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

I don't think that is supported out of the box. AFAIK the cursor changes
if receiving a response from the server exceeds a defined time of
milliseconds (500ms or so...).

If you need a progress bar for long running actions on the server you
have to implement this on your own. There's an example in the controls
demo how this can be done using UICallbacks.

Regards,
Stefan.
