Hello,

after installing Eclipse (3.0.1 win32) I tried to create a java project,
but there is no option to do it, only the cvs and the simple folders are
shown in /file/new/project. When i look in the configuration settings I
see that eclipse sees my java install (j2sdk1.5.0). What did i do wrong?

Hi,

Are you sure you downloaded the eclipse-SDK zip and not just the
platform runtime? If you did download the platform runtime, you can add
the Java development plug-ins by downloading and installing the JDT
Runtime binary. But it's likely to be easier for future development to
start over with the eclipse-SDK.
