Hi - is there any way that we can restrict export options in BIRT Viewer?

You could edit the ExportReportDialogFragment.jsp in the Webcontent\birt\pages\dialog directory to remove the formats from the supportedFormats array.
Look at the for loop in the beginning of the jsp. You can see how it excludes the html emitter from the export dialog.
