Hi,
How can I know and download all plugin dependencies so that I could install it later offline

without the need of internet

In download page for a project there is a link to zipped update site. For dependencies usually you can find a list of dependencies from project description page and download their zip update site.

If the features you want are in Juno, you can mirror them (which will pick up dependencies) using the mirror applications, http://help.eclipse.org/juno/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Fguide%2Fp2_mirror.html&cp=2_0_20_3_0
