I installed OEPE

Oracle ADF Tools
Part of Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse

Tools for developing applications using Oracle ADF.

It is using Eclipse platform

Eclipse Platform

Version: 3.6.2
Build id: M20110210-1200

I installed MAT

Eclipse Memory Analyzer - RCP feature

Build id: 1.2.0

Whenever I click on the "Open Heap Dump" button on the Toolbar, I am seeing the following stack

Would you please help me sort this one out? I need to analyze a heap dump.

Thank you,

did you install MAT inside your eclipse platform or are you using a standalone version?
If inside your eclipse, which version? Can you try with a standalone version of MAT? perhaps there is a conflict with another plugin.

Thank you Aurelien.

Yes that worked. I will use standalone MAT from now on.

Thank you,
