I wonder if grid widget supports VIRTUAL style now. or will it supports in the future?

If it does not support now, is there any workaround to consume big data model?

No it does not yet and if there's no one:
a) providing an implementation
b) pays someone to do the implementation

Grid has since sometime support to track the visible columns/rows which
can be used to lazily load stuff.
