hi,
I changed the source code of a java file outside eclipse, I know that I could change the configuration of eclipse to syncronize the files, but there is some lag time. is there any function could syncronize the files without lag?

F5 worked, but I dont want to refresh it manually

Window > Preferences > General > Workspace
[x] Refresh on access
