I've gone through the installation instructions three times to ensure I
didn't miss anything, but I continue to get an "HTTP 500 - Internal server
error
Internet Explorer" when I preview a report (following the flash example).
I read similar threads in the archives and the solution was always to
install the axis jar file. I put my axis jar files (all six of them) in
C:\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer_2.0.0\birt \WEB-INF\lib
as per the instructions.
Any suggestions? Am I missing something obvious? I have the latest
release version of Eclipse, BIRT, EMF, JRE, GEF, IText, etc.
Thanks.
-Brian

if you have put the birt libraries into jre/lib/ext or your classpath , that
may be causing errors.

I still the 500 error message...the interesting thing is that I got it
working on my IBM ThinkPad at work, but I can't get it working on my home
computer. The only difference is that at work I use WebSphere whereas at
home I have Tomcat.
