New snapshot for version 0.7.0 available [message #10885]

In parallel with the paperwork required for provisioning the IAM project
after the successful creation review, a new snapshot has been published
to the development update site.

This snapshot is intended as a release-candidate for the public 0.7.0.
Everyone is invited to use this release and report issues on it.

The features include an upgraded embedder supporting new maven features
like the "imported" scope for transitive dependencies and Toolchain support.
