How does one install the plug-in described in this bug report?
Here is what I did:
1. Download and extract the zip
2. Rename "Copy of org.apache.axis12" to "org.apache.axis12"
3. Move the directory to the plugins directory in eclipse.
This is where I am unsure what to do next. One clue in the bug report says,

org.apache.wsil4j
org.eclipse.jst.ws.axis.consumption.core
org.eclipse.jst.ws.axis.consumption.ui
org.eclipse.wst.ws.explorer
org.eclipse.wst.ws.parser

org.uddi4j

But I'm not quite sure what that means. I went and changed "axis11" to
"axis12" in the various xml files in these directories, but not all of them
even mention the term axis. I went back, and eclipse still was using Axis
1.1 and still gave the same issue. Does anybody know what do here?
Is there any step else to follow?
It's quite unfortunate this bug is not targeted until 1.0M6. It seems like
being able to create a web service e in Java 5.0 is a pretty standard thing
to do. However, in eclipse, it can't be done.
