I have a set of plugins which were updated using the old update manager,
which leaves the plugins with older version in the plugins directory.
When those plugins are pointed in Eclipse 3.4 using the links file, they
are not getting loaded properly. Some plugins of the older version are
getting listed in the bundles.info file. Isn't it expected to load the
plugins of latest version available in the directory pointed in the links
file.
