Multi-database Teneo [message #117364] Tue, 08 April 2008 18:20 Go to next message

Hi Martin,

We've got a need to access two completely separate databases from one
program. I'm not sure how to make the two HbDataStores point to two
different hibernate.properties files. Do you have any advice for doing
this sort of thing?

Thanks much,

Jason Henriksen

Sorry for the double post. Problems with Thunderbird I guess.

Hi Jason,
No I checked but I couldn't find out if/how different sessionfactories can use different property
files. What I would do is explicitly read the property file yourselve and pass the properties to the
datastore. Then you can handle as many property files as you want.
