Does VE Support Eclipse Forms (Newbie Q)? [message #117083] Tue, 07 February 2006 02:05

Hello,

I walked through the article introducing Eclipse Forms.

http://www.eclipse.org/articles/Article-Forms/article.html

By the article, it looks like everything invoking Eclipse Forms features
has to be hand written code. Of course I'm sure you can incorporate VE
developed classes into Eclipse Forms. Is there more Visual Editor support
of Eclipse Forms specific features? For instance is there a way to get a
Scrolled form onto the VE Palette? The closest I was able to get VE-wise
was to create a Plug-in project with RCP and then I had to write code just
to get the basic Eclipse form going. Can VE go further than that with
Eclipse Forms?

Thanks,
Rye
