How to disable "Enable folding" [message #10656] Fri, 30 March 2007 04:40 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hi,
I am trying to disable the checkbox "Enable folding" under
"Window"->"Preferences" but Eclipse is ignoring me: Every time I open a
file the option is switched back to "on".

I do not like the folding option because my <CTRL+Z> and <CTRL+Y>
commands result in putting the cursor to a random line instead of the
line where it shows what I wrote before or after.

Thx,
braini

In Window > Preferences... > PHP > Editor > Folding

Uncheck Enable Folding
or
Uncheck the three "initially fold these elements" checkboxes.

Adam.
