+ Eclipse Classic 3.6.2(?SDK?)
+ Eclipse Modeling Tools(Includes Incubating Components)
+ Eclipse SOA Platform for Java and SOA Developers(Includes Incubating

You're assuming a top-down organization with this purpose which does not
exist. While there is a lot of testing that goes on to see if the one
project works well with another when they are both installed, the best
way to find out if the particular combination you are interested in
works is to try it yourself, or get it from a vendor who is supporting
that combination.
