Hi Bernd,
there was support for user interaction during migration in COPE, the
predecessor project of Edapt. However, since there was no strong demand
for it, I somehow forgot to completely migrate it to Edapt. However, I
will add it again in the next few days and will provide you with an
example. I hope this is fine for you.
Cheers,
Markus

Hi Bernd,
I finally found time to make the support for interactive migration
available again. Please see the following CR which provides some
information about the implementation:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=381268
The CR also introduces an example which is explained in more detail in
the following paper:
https://wwwbroy.in.tum.de/~juergens/publications/ECOOP2009_herrmannsdoerfer_cope_automating_coupled_evolution.pdf
Note that the example has been migrated from COPE to Edapt which
replaces Groovy by Java. I also made a new release of Edapt on the
update site. If you have questions concerning the support, do not
hesitate to ask them through the newsgroup.
Cheers,
Markus
