I followed the steps as described in <localhost>/help/topic/org.eclipse.epf.help.doc/topics/t_plugin_import.html.

In other words, I start with a new blank method library and attempt to import plugins provided by EPF 1.5.1.3_20111130.

Please see attached error message.

What am I missing here?

If I enable auto synchronization preference in EPF Composer as shown attached, I am able to import all EPL plugins.

In a new desktop, I am able to export all EPL plug-ins, open a new method library in EPFC and then import all the EPL plug-ins back in.

Therefore, I am still no wiser as to why it did not work for me in my previous EPFC environment.
