QVT analyser [message #877317] Sat, 26 May 2012 08:30 Go to next message

Hello I am starting a project using QVT, but can not find enough material for research, more specifically in studies of the impact of transformation of transformations between models, and I know that there is an API for analyzing changes QVT, I wonder if you know where find a repository with API's comparison of impacts.

Hi

Sorry; lots of interesting words but ultimately no meaning that I can
fathom.

I wonder if there is an API to examine changes, because I know that there is but I need to ATL to QVT. Do you know any?

Is there a parser for QVT transformations?

Of course. How would QVTo be able to support QVT Operational
transformations.

Hi

Still makes no sense. What kind of changes? why do you want an API? what
does "need to ATL" mean?

I have the same problem, i'm studying about QVT, and
i can't understand the syntax of QVT, because i don't have examples of transformation using QVT.

Can you recommend font of study about QVT?
for example, Do you have examples of transformation? with a code, and a model for transformation?

Hi

If you mean QVTo, there are examples in the specification and there is
an examples project as part of the Eclipse QVTo project.

Also there is a tool called Google that may help you find the many
academic papers on QVTo and their source code.
