Or you create your own plugin from the lib by using the "create plugin
from existing jar" wizard (New -> Project).

For those kind of general "Howto develop with Eclipse RCP" questions, I
suggest that you take a look at the RCP newsgroup and other available
RCP material (articles, tutorials, books) as well.
