I have written a Web Service that I need to add the following
functionality. We have a select group that will be using the Web Service
and we will need to track information for each client that calls the Web
Service from the community. I was looking but can't find an explenation
on how to capture the IP address of the client that is calling the Web
Service. Can someone please help me identify this? A code sample would
be great as well.
In addition, it is a situation where we need to identify the calling
client so that we can allocate information related to that client
consistently accross sessions. If there is a better Id than the IP
address I would appeciate any feedback.
