You could use MS MAPI if your fax application is running on Windows server.
Just generate the report attach it as email attachment and prefix te
recipient with something like "FAX:", followed by fax # and you are all set.
But for non-windows platform, I have no idea how. But there is always tons
of commercial products out there.
