the official proposals for the EMF Tiger and EMF Refactor components are

EMF Tiger is a model transformation framework that is particularly (but
not exclusively) interesting for in-place transformations. EMF Refactor
builds on top of EMF Tiger and provides a means for defining
refactorings for EMF models in a declarative manner, and generating
executable refactoring code from these descriptions.
As usual, comments and suggestions are more than welcome.
