Hi all,

I have created an EGL application using Eclipse Open EDT, exported the war file and installed it in IBM Integrated Web Server.

The problem is, the application couldn't able to access the database. We are getting the following error

"ALR0258E: Starting Plugin 114 ... FAILED: The bundle could not be resolved. Reason: Missing Constraint: Import-Package: com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCDriver; version="0.0.0""

Attached the error log.

Can anyone please help us to resolve this.

I do not know if this will help in your case, but I struggeled to get my EDT application working with the IBM integrated Web Server (I do not remember the exact error messages I got). After installing Apache-Tomcat 6.0.35 (easy to install on iSeries) my applications works fine.

Hi Trond,

Thanks for your reply...

I need to know, in which verison of iSeries , you tried installing Tomcat.

Since we installed war file in integrated Web Server.
After installation,it opens the application's index page( in our case it's just a login screen), from that screen , if i click login button, it has to access the
iseries data base. But its logging error in the log file.

We use Power7 8202 and release 7.1
