It is based EMF 2.0.2, and GEF 3.0.1 (both are for Eclipse 3.0.2)

Also EMF 2.1 and GEF 3.1 do not work on Eclipse 3.0 either.

However, you really should step up to Eclipse 3.1. It is so much better
and faster.
