P2 - org.eclipse.update.core.standaloneUpdate [message #106988]

Can anyone tell me if the org.eclipse.update.core.standaloneUpdate commands
will still work with P2 replaceing Update Manager... I"m currently using the
"addSite" command as part of configuring the installation of a product.

Chris,
you should open a bug against p2. I don't think we currently support this.

As per compatiliby, these command should still work.
p2 provides new APIs (still provisional though) to install by code.

As far as I understood, extension locations will not be supported for 3.4,
so how would the "addSite" command work? (AFAICS it does not, in RC1).
