All -- I didn't see any recent threads on this subject. I'm having problems
getting the Agent Controller service to start, either as an application or a
service. I installed the "All -in One" package for Eclipse 3.3
( http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/tptp/4.4 .0/TPTP-4.4.0/tptp.runtime.allInOne.win32.win32.x86-TPTP-4.4 .0.zip)
I'm using JRE 1.5.0_12-b04. I obtained the Agent Controller v4.4.0 from the
same page, Runtime: WINDOWS-IA32. (My Computer is a Dell Latitude D800
running Windows XP Professional v2002 SP2).
I'm assuming that the application would be easier to debug. My
<install-dir>: "C:\AgentController"
I kept all of the default values after running the "SetConfig.bat",
including the JBoss and JOnAS Application Server, which I left at the
default "" -- I didn't see anything about these in the requirements -- are
these needed?
I enclosed the "serviceconfig.xml" file (I changed the Logging level to
"DEBUG"). Also, I enclosed the "servicelog.log" file.
Any suggestions?
Regards,
James

Hi James,
What problems with Agent Controller do you have?
Did you get some error messages?
You don't need JBoss or JOnAS to start Agent Controller.
You don't need to install an Agent Controler at all. You can use
Integrated Agent Controller (IAC) packeged in "All in One" package which
you've already installed.
Regards,
Igor
