Is there any feature available in the Orion to let a JS component suggests a word while user is typing? Something similar to what we have in Firebug for instance,

The context menu is not important here, I am mainly interested in possibility of implementation of that suggested word in gray color appeared after the cursor.

Yes, Orion has a "content assist" service that plugins can contribute completion proposals like in your picture. Here is a post with more details on how to write one:
