How do I write to the console from a plug-in? [message #9601]

I am having a problem to write into console of my runtime workbench from
my application rather all the contents are shown in console of development
workbench. I am using the latest version of Eclipse 3.3.2v. I did find
some usefull links after googling my requirement but I could not implement
them. So please help me sort out this issue of console view in the runtime
workbench.
