run, compile and debug in eclipse so that I can use the AIX drive as a

to put simpley I want to run eclipse off of my windows machine, but I want
to save run compile and debug in the AIX way and on that drive. Is there
a way to do this or some of this. I am able to save and retrieve from my
mounted drive. If there is a plug in please tell me.
