Hi everyone,

New versions of the OpenUP library and OpenUP/Basic published Web site are
available for download at:
http://www.eclipse.org/epf/downloads/openup/openup_downloads .php.

The main changes are related to:
- general: collaboration practices
- inclusion of a welcome page (see published web site)
