AlterPoint is seeking individuals to join an experienced Eclipse plug-in
development team. We have a commercial product with an RCP based client
that has been on the market since 2004. We are looking for someone to help
us continue to leverage the Eclipse platform in building out our extensible
Network Engineering Environment.

a.. General framework development for Eclipse based user interface
b.. Implementing application UI components and features for the AlterPoint
product
c.. User Interface Design
Job Qualifications:
a.. 7+ Years Experience with proven record of delivering products to
market
b.. Experience in Eclipse plugin development
c.. Experience leading or managing development teams highly desirable
d.. Experience in Rich Client Applications
e.. Experience in XLST a plus
f.. Visual Design Expertise
g.. 4 Years of Java Development Experience minimum
Team Fit:
a.. Strong customer focus
b.. Able to effectively manage tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
c.. Comfortable working in a Rapid Development, Extreme, or Agile
environment
d.. Strong individual contributor and team player
