Can someone give me a hint how I can profile my J2EE application, which runs
in BEA Weblogic 8.1?

TIA

Hi Stefan,

I don't have any experience with Weblogic. Is there a way to specify JVM
arguments to the java process which holds the J2EE application? If there is,
you may need to add "-XrunpiAgent" to the JVM argument list. Please make
sure Weblogic knows where to find piAgent and all the Agent Controller
DLL/shared libraries (they should be in the PATH or LD_LIBRARY_PATH,
depending on the platform). After that, start the application server as
usual and attach to the Java Profiling Agent from Eclipse workbench. Hope
this helps.

Samson
