Hi all,
I've tried to define the following css properties in my custom theme files:
Combo
{
border: 1px solid #a7a6aa;
}
But it seems that the Combo's border don't get affected at all. But it
works on Text widget.
Is it possible at all ?

Not yet, unfortunately. Please be patient. We planned to extend the
theming capabilities in the next weeks.
