Over on the wiki page for service snippets I see this:

myBindingVar IHTTP? = SysLib.getResource(uri="binding:myResource");

Shouldn't it be this?

myBindingVar IHTTP? = SysLib.getResource("binding:myResource");

Yes, yes it should. I've gone ahead and made the update. While you're looking at the snippets, feel free to contribute some where there's holes! All you need is an eclipse.org account.
