Hi, I need to do a semantic analysis between models that are in different diagrams, so I only want to get the the domain data and not the data of the diagrams.

That depends on how you organize your resources. I would recommend to store
the domain data within another EMF resource than the diagram data. You could
then in this case simply load only the domain data resource, because
dependencies like links etc. only point from diagram to domain data and not
vice versa.
