Here is a proposed agenda for the Face to Face next week in Boca:
9:00 - Introductions, overall status on Eclipse approval
9:15 - Architectural discussions, whiteboard component layouts
10:00 - Roles, general component ownership
10:30 - Break
10:45 - CVS, build process, schedules and procedures
11:15 - Coding practices, "rules of engagement" for team
12:00 - Lunch (with discussion)
1:00 - Device fragmentation and how we cover this in this project
2:30 - break
2:45 - Use case discussions, nail down feature and function list for R1
4:30 - Next steps, time line, milestones and wrap up
Comments welcome. I know I did nto put all of the detail in here such
as "wizards, deployment" etc, but those topics we've been discussing on
our technical calls are assumed to all be in there.
