hello all,
I download the TPTP and agent controller runtime package on HPUX,
I use Eclipse (as client,on a windowsXP machine) link the agent controller
on HPUX, want to monitor the perfermonce of the HPUX(memory, CPU idle time
.... ).
But, I met a problem, it's:
I can run RAserver successful by RAStart.sh, and test connection is OK,
it can't make a monitor project by profile winzard!!!
I don't know what happen...
I guess the agent controller runtime package of HPUX can't work at all, is
it right? who can tell me?

or, who can tell me how can I do finish this job?
Thank you very much!

Hello seasun,

TPTP does not have an agent to monitor the performance of an HP-UX system.
Is this what you want to do? Or do you want to profile an application that
runs on an HP-UX system?

seasun,

TPTP does not have agents for monitoring performance of HP-UX or AIX
systems. Currently TPTP only has agents for monitoring Windows and Linux
systems. You can open an enhancement bugzilla to request adding these
agents to TPTP. However, TPTP is currently short of resources in this area
and has had to scale back its platform coverage for the TPTP 4.4 release,
including HP-UX and AIX. If you are able to help with supporting these
platforms, please let us know.

Dave
