Firefox as external browser not working [message #805265]

Just a quick question. I had IE8 working without issue when I set it up as an external browser, however when I tried to setup Firefox as an external browser and clicked the web browser (globe) icon on the toolbar Firefox does not even execute.

Here are the settings I entered to setup Firefox:

Name: Firefox
Location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe
Parameters: "http : // www99 . mycompany . com" (apparently I cannot post a link until I have posted 5 messages so I just put in spaces. Sorry for how funny it looks)

What am I missing? Any help/direction would be appreciated.
